Our verdict
The Propel 750 is the larger of the two Propel models Vitamix introduced in 2023. It ships with a 64 oz low-profile container and has four programs (smoothie, hot soup, frozen dessert, dip and spread) plus self-cleaning, ten variable speeds and pulse.
Its appeal is a big container with presets in one box. The trade-off is the extras: there is no SELF-DETECT, and the warranty is seven years rather than the ten on Ascent models. Against the Ascent X2 it trades the longer warranty and container detection for a bigger container and one more program.
With its container on, the base stands 18 inches, a little taller than the Ascent models, so measure under your cabinets first. It accepts the Personal Cup Adapter for single servings, and Vitamix sells certified reconditioned units.
